How we sell, and what we will not do
We supply regulated and semi-regulated actives. Being clear about the boundaries protects both sides, so this page states them plainly rather than burying them in terms.
Business to business only
Island Nanotech sells ingredients to businesses. We do not sell finished products, we do not fill consumer orders, and we do not ship to residential addresses for personal use. Every inquiry is qualified before a quote is issued.
What we verify before shipping
- That the buyer is a business, and that the business is what it claims to be.
- That any licenses or registrations required to handle the material in the buyer’s jurisdiction are in place.
- That the destination jurisdiction permits the specific active being ordered.
- For restricted actives, that the buyer acknowledges the applicable restrictions in writing.

Supplied from hemp-derived material compliant at source. The buyer is responsible for the cannabinoid content, labeling and legality of the finished product in every jurisdiction it is sold into.

Product specificationWhat sits with the buyer
We manufacture an ingredient to a specification and document it. Everything downstream of that is yours: the formulation of the finished product, its labeling, its claims, the licenses required to sell it, the jurisdictions you sell it into, and the age and eligibility of your end customers. We will flag risk we notice. We do not carry your obligations.
What we will not supply
- Any controlled substance outside the hemp-derived cannabinoid framework.
- Any active into a jurisdiction where we know it to be prohibited.
- Any order where the buyer will not identify the business or the intended use.
- Any order intended for resale directly to consumers in its concentrate form.
Documentation
A certificate of analysis accompanies every lot. Technical data sheets, particle size distribution reports and stability summaries are available to qualified buyers under a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Ask and we will send it.
