We make one thing, and we make it well
Island Nanotech is an ingredient manufacturer. We produce water-soluble nano-encapsulated pre-concentrates and supply them to the people who build finished products.
The premise
The functional products industry has a delivery problem it mostly works around rather than solves. The molecules people want in a drink are the molecules least willing to be in one. Formulators compensate with emulsifiers, heavy dosing and process complexity, and consumers still get an inconsistent product.
Our position is that this is a carrier problem, and that it should be solved once, upstream, by someone whose entire job is the carrier. That is what we sell: the hard part, already done, in a drum, standardized, with a certificate of analysis attached.
The name
The island in Island Nanotech is not decoration. Encapsulation is the act of putting an active on its own island: surrounded, protected from the water it cannot survive in, and carried intact to the place it needs to go. The palm in our mark is the whole thesis in one image.

How we operate
Specify honestly
Every product page states what the carrier actually does for that active. Where the benefit is taste masking rather than absorption, we say taste masking. A specification that oversells is a specification a formulator cannot plan against.
Standardize the load
A 20% load means 20%, verified per lot and documented on a certificate of analysis. Consistency between lots is worth more to a manufacturer than a headline number that moves.
One platform, many actives
We run a single carrier system across the whole catalog. That is deliberate: a customer who qualifies our process for CBD can move to kava or CoQ10 without starting their validation over.
Supply, do not compete
We sell ingredients and manufacture under other people’s brands. We do not run a consumer brand of our own, so we are never competing with the customers we supply.
