The difference
We are the nano supplier, not a reseller
The nano emulsion in most infused beverages is a purchased ingredient. The co-packer doses it and hopes. When something goes wrong at scale, and it usually does, they are relaying questions to a third party who has never seen your formula.
We manufacture the carrier. If your matrix needs a different lipid phase, or the dose has to hold at a lower pH, or the active is something we have never run before, that is a formulation conversation with the people who built the platform.
How the carrier worksWater clear in the can
Sub-100 nm particles scatter very little visible light, so the finished beverage is clear rather than milky.
No separation, no ring
The active stays suspended for shelf life instead of creaming or plating out on the can wall.
No oily aftertaste
The carrier keeps the active off the palate, which is what makes a botanical dose drinkable.

Scope
Where our work stops
We take a concept to finished, filled, labeled and cased product on a pallet. From the dock onward it is yours. We are a formulation and production house, not a logistics company, and we would rather say so up front than discover it mid-launch.
Most customers hand the pallet to a 3PL or their distributor. If you do not have one, say so in your brief and we will point you at people who do this well.
